Printing a document in Word –

Before printing, you can preview the document and specify which pages you want to print.
Select File > Print .
Use the forward and backward arrows at the bottom of the page to preview each page.
If the text is too small, use the slider at the bottom of the page to zoom in.
Select the number of copies and any other options you want, and then press the Print button.

To print only specific pages, document properties, or corrections and comments, under Options , select the arrow next to Print all pages (default) to see all options.
To print only certain pages, do one of the following:
Select Current Page to print the page displayed in preview mode.
To print consecutive pages, such as 1-3, select option Custom Print and enter the first and last page numbers in the Pages field.
To print single pages and a range at the same time (for example, page 3 and pages 4-6), select Custom Print and enter numbers and ranges separated by commas (for example, 3, 4-6).

How to print a saved file
Once you have saved the text, you can print it on the printer. If the printer is connected to your computer, follow these steps.
In the Windows 7 operating system, click the button in the upper left corner of the WordPad program, as in the figure. If you have a different version of the system, then this will be button File . Then choose Print . You have three options available:

- Print . Here you select the desired printer for printing the document. You can specify the number of copies to print, page numbers, go to advanced printer settings. Make the necessary settings and press the button Print . Printing Preferences
- Quick Print . In this case, the document will print immediately with the default settings.
- Preview . This mode allows you to see the document before printing. You may need to add or remove page numbers, or adjust the layout of the text. From View mode, you can print the document or return to editing it.
How to transfer to a USB flash drive
If you cannot print the file on your printer, then you need to transfer the text to a USB flash drive and print it on another PC or laptop with a connected printer. Connect your flash drive to your computer.
Sending a file to a flash drive
Open the folder with the saved text file. Click on it with the right mouse button. Choose item Send . We pass along the arrow to the right, select our flash drive and click on it with the left mouse button.
