Grease Management System
The grease management system helps with the removal of grease while reducing the risk of flare-ups.
Drippings that are not vaporized by the Flavorizer bars are funneled away from the burners into the disposable drip tray, located within the catch pan under the cookbox. Simply remove the catch pan and replace the drip tray as needed.

Here I show you how to assemble a weber genesis ii. Assembling a weber genesis II takes about 1-1.5 hours to complete. The weber genesis 2 ii unboxing assembly instructions are easy to follow since i go step by step. Assembling weber genesis ii grills only require a few tools, including a screwdriver or phillips attatchment to you drill and a socket set. Seeing this video will quickly teach you how to put together a weber grill. A weber grill will usually last between 5 & 10 years if properly taken care of. Especially if you know how to assemble weber grills properly the first time.

Today we’re going to show you how we put together this weber genesis 2 e 310 barbecue stick with us. This is the barbecue in the box from the store we’re gonna open it up now get the parts ready and then start working through the process of putting it together. so we got everything for the Weber Genesis II Barbecue out of the box.
Step one: step one is the wheels are placed together. see that there, put the cotter pin in. don’t put it right through to the big part there you only put it through to the first notch and then that holds your wheel in place. okay so there’s a lip on this that is going to go towards the camera away from this here hook so this just slides there like that. this piece hooks into the bar and rotates down.
We have the drip tray in there, we flip this upside down the wheels are on my right. This means that this clip for the drip tray needs to go away from me.
We just put this in place for the Weber Genesis II Barbecue stand assembly . those yellow markers, there was a yellow dot on their rail and there’s a yellow dot on the rack so you just pair them up. that’s a lot simpler than the way I explained it on the other side. The weber grill base supports just put them on and screw them in place.
Next take the weber gas grill rails and you just snap them in place. we are gonna make sure the gas stays on the outside of weber leg stand hole. then we’ll run the wires down Next lets install the weber propane gauge so you know how much is left in your tank. it goes by weight basically just a scale to inform you how much propane is in the tank ready to grill. Next screw on the weber gas tank bumpers to keep your propane tank from hitting the side of the gas grill. there’s about two hours to put this barbecue together and not really many challenges. one thing about where to put the weber grill wire clips but that was it. if you’re putting one of these together yourself i wish you luck, it’s not too hard.
It comes with a small wrench but a ratchet set or impact wrench will speed up the assembly considerably. you don’t need that but it sure speeds the weber grill assembly process. anyway happy grilling. May you have many steaks and burgers in your future!
