To check the balance on a gift card or trade credit card, you will need the card number as well as the PIN. Both numbers are located on the back of your gift card or PowerUp Rewards™ Card. What can I use my gift card on?
Gift cards, digital gift certificates, trade credit and PowerUp Rewards™ cards containing store credit can only be redeemed in the U.S.at GameStop.com and GameStop store locations. Your gift card cannot be used to purchase other GameStop gift cards or any other 3rd Party currency that GameStop sells (PlayStation Network Cards or other retailers). All other products are available to purchase.

How do I get a replacement gift card?
A gift card is like cash. If lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt or a receipt from a transaction the card was used on. These receipts will have the card’s account number and the amount on the card. For online transactions, you can use a printout of the order confirmation that the card was used on. In either case, a store associate will contact our Document Control Department with that information so the amount can be transferred to a new card.

There is no expiration date for GameStop gift cards.
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
Unfortunately, GameStop gift cards, trade cards and PowerUp Rewards™ cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash (as stated on the back of the card) except where required by law.

RULES FOR ATTENDING “GAMES IN THE DARK”
Before visiting “Games in the Dark”, carefully read the rules.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by them. The organizers reserve the right not to let a participant who violates the rules enter the hall.

In a team – at the table – from 5 to 8 participants. You can redeem both the entire table and a smaller number of tickets by being in the same team with other participants. The game will take place from 14 purchased tickets (if not, we will offer to reschedule the tickets to another date). Ticket sales close 2 days before the game.
Darkness
Before plunging into darkness, you will need to leave all electronic, luminous (including watches), fragile items, bags and everything that will prevent you from moving freely in closed guarded lockers.
Safety
Participants in the state of alcohol, drugs or any other intoxication are not allowed to enter the Darkness. Believe me, darkness will allow you to experience a whole range of vivid emotions – do not dull or distort your perception.

“Games in the Dark” can also be a family pastime. However, we invite children from 12 years old in the company of adults. From the age of 16, independent participation is possible.
