Very disappointed. The tuner knob moves with the slightest touch, swipe, or maybe breath. Forget about running. I had a Sony radio with a wrist strap with the same problem. I generally love Sony products, but this is a dummy. I didn’t send it back as it works when I’m just sitting.

It bothers me a little when I run (it always hits my chest and my polar chest strap), but when I ride a bike it’s normal, I was more comfortable to wear it than any other equipment.

This radio is hard to find. If you like AM/FM radio hanging around your neck, then this is for you! The radio is great for picking up strong stations, as a short headphone cable is not a good antenna. I recommend using headphones with a longer cable. Like all Sony using the CXA1129 chipN, it has excellent sensitivity/selectivity. I recommend this radio because of its convenience and good performance. I have three.
