A bit of history
The first disc was released in 2004 and immediately gained popularity among students of law and economics at Russian universities. Since then, the circulation of the disc has been steadily growing: over the years, more than 3 million 700 thousand discs have been released!
The disc is published twice a year – for the autumn and spring semesters of the academic year. Since the spring of 2009, the disc began to be released in DVD format, which made it possible to contain much more useful information.
The disc was approved by the Educational and Methodological Association (UMO) for legal education and the UMO for education in the field of finance, accounting and the world economy as a textbook for university students studying in legal and financial and economic specialties.
What’s new?
Owners of the 12th edition of the DVD “ConsultantPlus: Higher School” will be able to familiarize with more than 14,500 documents from the ConsultantPlus system: legal acts of federal and regional legislation, materials of judicial practice, consultations in the form of “question-answer” , publications of the legal and accounting press, acts of international law and other documents.
In addition, the disk contains modern textbooks, as well as the works of prominent domestic jurists. Among them: E.A. Sukhanov “Civil Law” in 4 volumes; M.K. Treushnikov “Arbitration process”; M. A. Lapin “Administrative Law” and “Environmental Law”; V.M. Kudrov “World Economy”, etc.
All information on the disk is presented in the new version of the software shell of the ConsultantPlus system – PROF Technologies, released in the spring of 2009. The system has many innovations, as well as improved existing features. Thanks to the new disk, students now have access to the most modern tools for searching and analyzing legal information, which will be useful to them both in their studies and in their future work.
Also in the new release, additional opportunities for disk users have appeared: if they have Internet access, they can quickly switch to the online game ConsultantPlus, to the books of the Classics of Russian Civil Law series and use the most up-to-date legal information from the online version of the ConsultantPlus system.
