    Goofy Remake

    We get blood, boobs, gore, comedy, guys chasing sheep, kids killing cats and super hottie cousins “boning” each other! The comedy is actually funny…the gore is actually…well…gory! The T&A is top notch (its Christa Campbell guys!) and the acting was excellent.

    Not only do we get a damn good horror film but we get a DVD that actually puts most “Special Editions” to shame! This release is packed with extras! I would like to point out to readers though that no matter how hard a DVD company tries to convince you…subtitles and closed captions are not bonus features.

    I’d like to point out a few facts as well…for starters; Eli Roth is back to reprise his role from Cabin Fever as wonky drifter Justin (Eli Roth) and his good buddy Dr. Mambo (the dog) is back as well! Eagle eyed viewers may also spot Tim Sullivan hammering on a coffin and Scott Spiegel (Evil Dead 1 & 2, The Dead Next Door) as one of the hillbilly banjo singers that constantly wander about the movie! So, for those of you looking for a damn good film, run, don’t walk, to your nearest Best Buy and purchase 2001 Maniacs. Don’t hesitate!

    Movie Info

    Gory but kitsch thriller set in the deep south about a gang of college kids on spring break who spend the night in the inappropriately named town of Pleasant Valley – a decision they will regret. Persuaded by the overzealous mayor to join them for the town’s annual BBQ, the prospect seems hard to resist until they begin to disappear one-by-one in the most gruesome of fashions.

    Streamer Apple TV+ shared a fresh teaser of the second season of the science fiction series “Foundation”. The show based on the novels of Isaac Asimov will return to on July 14, . The cast of the 10-episode project is led by Jared Harris, Lee Pace and Lou Llobel.

    The show takes place more than a century after the season one finale, as tensions rise across the galaxy. As the Cleon dynasty crumbles, a vengeful queen plots to destroy the Empire from within, and the Foundation enters a religious phase, spreading the teachings of the Disciples of Seldon throughout the Outer Reach and provoking the Second Crisis: War with the Empire.

    “Foundation” also starred Laura Byrne, Cassian Bilton, Terrence Mann, Kulvinder Gere, Nimrat Kaur and others.

    The series premiered in September 2021. The television adaptation was created by Josh Friedman and David S. Goyer. Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series consists of seven novels that won the Hugo Award for the best fantasy series of all time.

    Lana Del Rey and American musician and Stay Human founder John Baptiste have released the music video for the song “Candy Necklace”. In Rich Lee’s video, the singer appears as Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe. You can watch the video here.

    “Candy Necklace” is the lead song from Del Rey’s album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd, released in March.

    The disc, announced in December last year, includes 16 songs. The recording featured the Bleachers, Father John Misty, Tommy Genesis and Pastor Judah Smith.

    Since releasing Chemtrails Over the Country Club and Blue Banisters in 2021, Del Rey has also covered Father John Misty’s “Buddy’s Rendezvous” and released the track “Watercolor Eyes” for the second season of Euphoria.
