We do not sell planks individually (except for positions where the set itself consists of one plank).

3 Will you make a discount?
Of course!
Place orders, after the amount of completed orders exceeds 3000 rubles, you will be automatically transferred to the “Loyal Customers” group and receive a 10% discount on each subsequent order.
Also on the site there is always a 10% discount for small wholesale buyers when ordering from 20,000 rubles.
Thus, if you are a regular customer and make orders from 20000r – your discount will be 20%!

Register on the site, add the necessary goods to the basket, proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, choose the delivery and payment methods you need.

5 How quickly can you ship an order?
Orders ship ONLY on business days, excluding Wednesdays.
If you pay for the order before 16:00 (Moscow time), it is sent on the same day.
If paid after 16:00 – the next business day.

An order paid on Tuesday at 16:00 will be shipped the same day.
An order paid on Tuesday at 17:00 will be shipped on Thursday.
6 How do I know if my order has shipped?

Payment
1 How to pay for the order?
You will see the list of payment methods for the order when placing an order.
At the moment it is:
- Online payment, after placing an order you will be redirected to the payment form.
- Payment by transfer to Qiwi wallet. After processing the order details will be sent to the mail.
- Payment to a current account for organizations. DON’T FORGET TO SEND DETAILS IN THE COMMENTS TO THE ORDER OR IN THE MAIL!

2 Why is it not possible to pay for the order upon receipt?
We do not ship orders by cash on delivery. Only 100% advance payment.
3 I couldn’t pay for the order right away. How to do it later?
You can pay for the order from your personal account in the Order history section
Opposite the desired order there will be a button “Pay online”.
After the expiration of the reserve, it will no longer be possible to pay for the order. Just place a new order.
4 How do I know that the payment went through?
Order status will change to “Paid”.

Don’t be lazy – DISASSEMBLE YOUR TV! This is especially true for any Chinese.
6 The list of TVs shows my model, but the backlight did not fit!
If any TV models are indicated in the list on the product page – the only thing that this means is that such a backlight was found in these models.
This does not mean that it will be in all such TV models!
When ordering, please note that incorrectly selected parts cannot be returned!
Illumination is selected ONLY according to the parameters of your TV’s original brackets.
