- Printer should be turned on.
- Open the printer’s scanner by lifting it. Do not touch the tubes or any inside part of the printer to avoid issues.
- Lift to open the ink cover of the tank that needs to be refilled.
- Get your new CompAndSave Canon G2260 ink refill bottle, open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case it leaks as sometimes, factories tend to overfill ink bottles.
- Carefully align the Canon G2260 ink refill bottle opening to its respective tank’s ink inlet, then slowly put it in an upside down position then carefully push it in.
- Support the bottle with your hand until the ink tank is adequately refilled.
- Close the ink tank cover and put the scanner back into place.
